when i was 8 years old like most girls i had a love for horses and since i lived in st.louis city i couldn't have a real one so my mom got me a plastic one for christmas i am now 52 years old and am still collecting horses of many many different sizes and made from different materials to about 7,000 horses. they are on shelves throughout my house and a few toy ones in the back yard. also i collect spice racks... 100 different ones in the same house. then my favorite collection is windchimes 6,000 that i started 4 years ago ad yes they are in this same house. my treasures of windchimes are the horse or western ones so they go back to my original collection of horses. my sister in west plains mo. saw the artical in her paper and gave it to me she also told me years ago i needed to contact somebody for a story on my collections so here i am. gale loman
