    I believe I have an unusual--but the BEST job in the world.  I currently deliver floral pieces to homes, hospitals, business places, churches and funeral parlors.

    Unusual because not many people can afford to work for these starvation wages. 

    BEST because I never experience a bad day.  Every one of my customers smile and say "Thanks," and they really appreciate receiving these tokens of love and remembrance.  Think about any significant life or death event, and I've helped contribute to it.

    One day, as I tried to locate an address, I called the recipient for directions.  When I arrived, she greeted me at the door, received her flowers, and exclaimed, "I'M SO HAPPY!" That made my day!

    When deliverying flowers to a hospital room, I overheard one of the nurses say, "When I retire, that's the job I want!" (pointing to me).  Grins all over the place! 

    This ol' guy enjoys the recognition, the "thank you's," and the occasional tips (including a few hugs).  I know that when I die, I will want to continue bringing happiness to folks by bringing them gorgeous floral gifts.  The rewards cannot be measured.
