I've been building and collecting dollhouses for over 30 years and have amassed a huge collection. I have built most of them and have created many of the furnishings and accessories. I love this hobby because it allows me to enjoy so many architectural home styles in a less expensive way. The BEST part of this hobby is that these houses are pretty clean (except for when they get dusty). There are no dirty socks on the floor or dishes in the sink! I now have a new miniature to add to my collection, my granddaughter! She has her own dollhouse now, but enjoys playing in Nana's houses even more.
