The va has lied in federal court! They told the court that they have destoryed my medical records under my 1989 retirement. They claim that i got my retirement in 1991. They keeped my retirement for 18 months so that they can get judgement on me and steal everthing and destoryed my name.
I have the proof that i got my retirement in 1989 not 1991. On 6 sept. 07 i gave the court the proof so that they can REVIEW THE CASE 1:00CV261C AND SHOW THAT THE VA HAS LIED IN COURT.
