Devil's Lake Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
4 baking potatoes, quartered
4 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, quartered
1 garlic clove, minced
Seasoned salt, to taste
Instructions

Divide potato quarters, butter, onion and garlic equally and place in the center of four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Wrap tightly and grill for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are soft. These potatoes can also be roasted in a 425F oven for about 1 hour. Serves 4.
