Pecan Pie Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Pour into a greased mini-muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.

This is a fantastic, easy recipe! Everywhere I've taken it, I've been asked for the recipe. A big winner!
Thanks for sharing. Please note though, do not use pan liners. First time I made for a church guild meeting and we were eating muffins and paper! Can't eat just one!!
