Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can salmon
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
Salt to taste
Instructions
Remove bones and skin from salmon. Mix with rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with crackers. Yield: about 1 1/2 cups.
