Best Ever Chicken Salad Recipe

This is my own recipe that I developed after trying a large number of chicken salad recipes. I didn't like grapes or nuts in the salad and so many recipes had those ingredients. So I ended up making a simple but very good salad after much effort. I hope you like this as much as we do.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup whipping cream (don't make a mistake, it's not that sweet stuff)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 apple, peeled and chopped (I use golden or red delicious apples)
1 large stalk celery, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 Tblsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt to taste (don't add much)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients; add more whipping cream if salad is not moist enough. Spread on thick pieces of French bread or any favorite bread. I like it with lettuce and tomato too.

Note: Turkey is as good as chicken in this recipe. While some people stew the chicken to use in this recipe, I prefer baking or roasting. The choice is up to the cook. I have had a lot of success with the chickens roasted at the store. This makes more salad and I recommend that you use two apples with more chicken.)
