BEING RAISED ON A FARM WHERE WE SLAUGHTER OUR OWN PIGS AND MADE ALL THE THINGS FROM ALL PARTS OF THE PIG.THE CRACKLIN IS THE BY PRODUCTS OF THE LARD FAT.WHICH HAS BEEN PRESSED TO THE MAX.UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE GREASE LEFT.

Ingredients
2 CUPS WHITE CORNMEAL [FINE GROUND]
ADD WATER TO THE CONSISTENCY OF MASH POTATOES
1 TABLE-SPOON SALT
I/2 CUP CRACKLINS[NAHUNTA REAL CRACKLINS]

Instructions
INTO A SKILLET POUR I/4 IN OIL
HEAT TO MEDIUM HEAT
SPOON IN MIXTURE
FRY UNTIL BROWN
