Beef Stew ~ Slow Cooker Recipe

My husband enjoyed it on Sunday after church.

Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew
4 potatoes
4 carrots
Argo Cornstarch
1 can of Beef Broth
wine
Instructions
In the slow cooker mix the cornstarch with the beef broth and wine (it ask to use water, so instead use the broth and the difference with the wine). Then add the beef stew. While it's cooking I would suggest to cook the potatoes and carrots in a separate pot, because the gravy is too thick and it will not cook well, cut the potatoes in quarters (take the skin off before adding it to the stew), also cut the carrots.
