found this in a cookbook made by my neighbors. My husband could not believe what was under the chocolate coating. He loved them.
Ingredients
2 dozen Ritz crackers.
12 oz pg. of milk chocolate bits.
half a capful of peppermint extract.
Instructions

1. melt choc. in the micro-wave
2.mix well,add extract.
3-dip crackers in choc. one at a time and lay on waxed paper.
4-chill and enjoy, yummy!
