Cranberry Orange Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh cranberries
Grated zest of 1 medium orange
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup pecan halves
3 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine the cranberries with the zest in a small bowl; mix well. Spoon into the bottom of the pie crust. Arrange pecan halves on top of the cranberry mixture and press down slightly.
3. Combine the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, and butter in a medium bowl; whisk until smooth. Pour evenly over the pecans. Bake for 1 hour, or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
