Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
Crust
1½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling
Three 8-ounce packages reduced fat or regular cream cheese, softened
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
One 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
2. To prepare the crust, combine the chocolate crumbs, sugar, and butter in a small bowl; mix well. Press in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3. To prepare the filling, place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with a mixer at high speed until smooth. Add the condensed milk; beat well. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared crust and bake 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack to room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Serves 12.
