Grandma Julia's Fresh Cranberry Relish Recipe
Ingredients
1 large navel orange
1 medium lemon
One 12-ounce package fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 Golden Delicious apple, halved, cored, and cut in large pieces
2½ cups sugar, or to taste
Instructions

1 Golden Delicious apple, halved, cored, and cut in large pieces
2½ cups sugar, or to taste
1. Peel the orange and lemon and place in a food processor with the cranberries and the apple. Pulse to a coarse texture.
2. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, add the sugar, and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours. Place the mixture in a fine mesh strainer and let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
