The Best Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
1 small head cabbage, shredded (about 1 pound)
1 medium carrot, grated
½ cup sugar
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Instructions
1. Combine the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
2. Mix the sugar, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, and horseradish in a small bowl; whisk to blend. Toss the mayonnaise mixture with the cabbage mixture. Serves 10.
