Cornflake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
2 sticks margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup pecans
2 cups cornflakes
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla together. Gradually add flour. Stir in pecans and cornflakes. Drop by tablespoonful on cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges and middle looks firm. Remove from pan with spatula immediately.

Yield: about 2 dozen cookies
