Chicken Supreme Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
6 (4-ounce) chicken boneless, skinless breasts
1 pound sliced mushrooms
1 (2.25-ounce can) sliced black olives
6 green onions, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
12 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300F. Butter a 12-by-9-inch baking dish.
2. Melt butter in skillet, add chicken and sauté until slightly browned. Remove from skillet. Sauté mushrooms, olives and onions in same skillet.
3. Place breasts in baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour vegetable mixture over chicken. Place a cheese slice over each breast. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes.

Serves 6.
