Cheesy Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
1 (10 1/2-ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (8-ounce) can cream-style corn
3 eggs
1/2 cup grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch square pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix cornbread mix, sour cream, oil, corn, eggs and cheese. Pour batter into pan.
3. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serves 9.
