5 pound potatoes
2 cups whipping cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 eggs, slightly beaten
4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs and 3 cups of cheese.
2. Preheat oven to 350F. Pour mixture into baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and remaining cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 10.
