Baked Creamed Corn Recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 (8-ounce) cream-style corn
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Beat eggs until frothy. Add corn, milk, crackers, butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Spoon into a deep casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
