Rancho Dip Recipe

Tips From Our Test Kitchen:
Stir in 1/3 cup milk to thin the dip for use as a salad dressing.
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup bleu cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir in green onions, bleu cheese and salt and pepper. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
