Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon cold water
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon sugar, optional

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, oil, ketchup, Worcestershire, and horseradish. Stir in the water, mustard, paprika, Tabasco, red pepper, garlic, onion, and sugar. Store in refrigerator.

Yield: 2 cups
