Spinach and Chicken Crescents Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup well-drained chopped spinach, canned, frozen, or fresh
1 cup favorite shredded cheese
1 cup cooked and chopped chicken
2 tablespoons minced onion (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8-ounce) can crescent rolls
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Mix the spinach, cheese, chicken, onion, and mayonnaise until well blended.
Unroll the crescent dough, and separate it into triangles. Spoon the spinach mixture onto the triangles, and wrap each triangle as securely as possible. Place them on the cookie sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
