Olive Herb Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped cured Greek, French or Italian olives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Spoon into a crock or serving dish. Garnish with chives or fresh herbs. Serve with crackers, cut fruits and vegetables. Yield: about 2 cups
