Border Green Chili Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Hot pepper sauce, to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Spoon into a crock or serving dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with crackers and cut vegetables. Yield: about 2 cups
