Hot and Crabby Dip Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons minced jarred roasted red pepper
1 (6-ounce) can lump crabmeat
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onion and red pepper. Gently fold in crabmeat. Spread mixture in a 9-inch pie plate or other shallow baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with bagel chips.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
