Ginger Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons ginger preserves
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Mix the preserves and cream cheese by hand or with a hand mixer until well blended. Form into a ball, and roll in the chopped pecans. Chill until time to serve.

Chopped candied ginger, available at Asian or health food stores, can be substituted if you can’t find ginger preserves. Serve this slightly sweet cheese ball with ginger snaps or garlic toast.
