Article: Protecting Canine Cops

I think your article on protecting the K-9 Cops was very interesting and timely. I would like to point out that Ms. Jean is not the only one doing this. Fern Michals (who is an author of numerous romantic
fiction mystries and lives in South Carolina) has been doing this for a number of years. These dogs and the ones in the K-9 Corps of the military have saved many lives.

I think that Susie and her organization have such a great purpose. I can personally say she worked closely with out Police Department to get vests for our two canines this past year. She was a joy to work with and I hope her dreams continues to grow! Way to go Susie!! Hope to see you at Police Week in May! Patton
