Article: Italian Creme Cake

Does anyone know if 3 oz of canned sweetened coconut is the same thing as dried coconut flakes that come in a plastic bag or does it mean coconut MILK?

Anyone actually tried this recipe??

the coconut means a can of liquid (it's thickened)sweetened coconut - it's usually found in the aisle in the grocery store that has drink mixers (like Margarita, Pina Colada etc) - I've never made the cake but have eaten it and it's wonderful
