I also, think American Profile should consider doing another story that discusses the damage poor coaching can do to a young person's self esteem. My family has had personal experience as we watched our once "basketball loving" all-star 6' 3, 16 year old son suffer from depression, anxiety, and a total loss of confidence due to a degrading coach. We are still working with him to try and bring back the "fire" that once burned in him and rebuild his dreams to have a post-high school basketball opportunity. So much needs to be said....So much needs to be changed especailly in rural communities where recuiting caring coaches is not a consideration....Signed,
