I went to an Oriole game a few long time ago. They were losing against the Texas Rangers. Raphael Palmero came up with the bases loaded and hit a grand slam. I know I was yelling at the top of my lungs because I was happy, but I couldn't hear myself. It was a great moment. The Orioles ended up winning that day. This was back when Cal Ripken Jr. was playing.
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Place onions in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.

COMBINE tomatoes, dressing and garlic powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).

Did you know that you should store unwashed ripe tomatoes at room temperature (up to 3 days)? Don't refrigerate tomatoes before cutting because the cold temperature makes the tomato lose flavor and become mealy in texture.

For blueberries, select firm, plump berries with an indigo blue color and a silvery white frost. Avoid any with a green or red tint, which indicates underripe berries.

Check out this great In-Season Widget at www.SaladCenter.com It lets you know more about produce that are in-season and includes great recipes, fun facts & tips.
My sister loves Strawberry Short Cakes but it always sounded too complicated. Maybe one day I'll attempt to make this.

By the way, I always wanted to attend a Strawberry festival.
Easy and simple grilled shrimp, that's how I like it. I can't wait to try this one day. ty

Welcome to the forums. I hope you enjoy your stay here! What type of foods do you like to prepare?
Whenever I cook I need to have some type of noise. It can be music or the television. I just need something to listen to when I'm in the kitchen. Although I'm not really into any type of music lately we've been listening to a lot of 80s and 70s.
I think it's a wonderful idea to help even when our wallets are tight too. Every little thing that you can do will help. Thanks for all your work!

What types of kid-friendly dishes do you have when your time is short? Have you heard about about Kraft Easy Mac cups? You don't have to clean up after your done and kids will love the taste.
