I did just that. I made it one day and refrigerated it until the next. The shrimp was not at all tough. In fact, I think by letting it sit overnight as the recipe says, the flavor will improve.
I just made this and it is so delicious. I was also delighted to find how easy it was to make. The sauce in the picture looks red. Mine came out a greenish color. What makes it red?
