To enter by mail, hand print your name, address and phone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and send to: American Profile Sony RV "Road Trip Fun Pack" Contest, American Profile, 341 Cool Springs Blvd., Suite 400, Franklin, TN 37067. Entries submitted via email or facsimile are prohibited. The Contest begins at 7:00 a.m. CDT on August 13, 2006, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 8, 2006. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 8, 2006, and mailed in entries must be postmarked by October 8, 2006.

One (1) entry per household or e-mail address. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Publishing Group of America, Inc. ("PGA") is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive DVD gift pack. Prize includes one (1) portable DVD player and a collection of Sony movie DVD’s. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. No substitution or cash equivalent will be offered. Taxes and/or any other expenses and costs associated with receipt of the Grand Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Restrictions may apply. All entries become property of PGA. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. PGA reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in the event prize is unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and biographical information for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. By accepting prize, winner and traveling companion agree to release PGA, Sony, their directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize, and participation in any prize-related activities.

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by PGA. PGA reserves the right to cancel the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted. Drawing will be conducted on or about October 31, 2006 by a representative of PGA, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Winner will be notified by mail or by telephone and, where permitted, will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, which must be signed and received by PGA or its designated agent within 14 days of date of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. If any prize notification letter or e-mail, or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all non-winning entries. Employees, agents, and suppliers of PGA and Sony and affiliated companies ("Excluded Individuals") and members of the Excluded Individuals' immediate families or households are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

IN NO EVENT WILL PGA, THE SPONSOR, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILAITES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, FULFILLMENT, MARKETING AGENCIES, PUBLIC RELATION FIRMS, CONSULTANTS OR CONTRACTORS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXPECTATION OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

The state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any of the controversies regarding this Contest that may arise, and the laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern the Contest. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any and all lawsuits or other disputes that arise relating to this Contest must be filed within one (1) year from the date that the winners are drawn. The failure of PGA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force.
