NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes (this "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the continental United States (the "Eligibility Area"), who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 a.m. Central Time on September 11, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on December 1, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals may enter; no entry form from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. This Sweepstakes is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted. Employees, agents and suppliers of Publishing Group of America, Inc. ("PGA"), Riders/VF Corporation ("Riders"), and their affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant (a) accepts the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, (b) agrees to be bound by the decisions of PGA, which shall be binding and final in all respects, and (c) warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Entries submitted via facsimile are prohibited. To be eligible, electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on December 1, 2008, and mailed in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2008. No changes to any entry information will be permitted once submitted. All entries become the property of PGA and will not be acknowledged or returned. The winners will be listed in the December 21, 2008 issue of American Profile. Limit one (1) entry per household or e-mail address. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the e-mail account. PGA is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail. The odds of winning a prize will be the same by means of mail entry as by electronic entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for three (3) to see Rick Springfield live in concert in New York City. The Grand Prize includes roundtrip airfare for the winner and two (2) guests from an airport closest to each individual’s legal residence (airfare not to exceed $1,250 total), one (1) night hotel accommodations (single room, triple occupancy), three (3) tickets to Rick Springfield performance, transportation provided to/from Rick Springfield venue, three (3) passes to a Meet and Greet with Rick Springfield, three (3) passes to sound check, stage integration/seating for three (3) during performance, and a complete Concert Package, which includes one (1) Riders Concert Outfit, three (3) Rick Springfield signed CDs, three (3) items of Rick Springfield autographed merchandise and a complete Riders wardrobe (10 shirts and 10 pants). Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize (ARV): $2,315.

Two (2) Runners Up will each receive one (1) Rick Springfield autographed guitar, one (1) autographed Rick Springfield CD, two (2) pairs of Riders Jeans, one (1) pair of Riders Casual Pants and three (3) Riders Tops. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Runners Up prizes: $2,130.

Prizes must be claimed and the trip must be completed by December 1, 2009, or the trip and/or prize(s) will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered. All expenses not specified above, including but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips, incidental expenses, travel to and from the airport, and any other expenses and costs associated with receipt and use of the Grand Prize is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and no substitution or assignment of any prize or any component of a prize will be permitted. PGA reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in the event such prize is unavailable. All trip reservations and accommodations will be as designated by PGA. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions must possess required photo identification documents necessary for travel prior to ticketing. Prizes may not be combined with any other offer.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winning entrant’s name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release PGA, Riders, their directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of a prize, travel to or from the prize destination, and participation in any prize-related activities.

WINNER SELECTION: The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by PGA. Drawing will be conducted on or about December 8, 2008 by a representative of PGA, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail or by telephone and, where permitted, will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and a Publicity Release, as allowed by law, which must be signed and received by PGA or its designated agent within 14 days of date of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Each prize award is subject to verification and will be awarded upon winner validation and verification by PGA. The Grand Prize Winner's travel companions must be age 21 or older and must complete liability releases prior to any travel. If the initially selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to complete and return any required documents, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

DISQUALIFICATION: The use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like methods (including without limitation the use of any promotion/sweepstakes subscription, notification, entry or like sites or service that offers sweepstakes entry services "on behalf of" entrant) is strictly prohibited. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by PGA, will be disqualified. If disqualified, PGA reserves the right to terminate the person’s eligibility to participate in this and future promotions and sweepstakes of PGA. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by any non-authorized human intervention, action of entrants, or other causes beyond the control of PGA which, in the sole opinion of PGA, corrupts or impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, PGA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the action or compromise giving rise to the suspension or termination of this Sweepstakes.

DISCLAIMER; RELEASE: PGA is not responsible for: (a) any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer or any related advertisements; (b) administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prizes; (c) late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail; or (d) other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. By participating, entrants release and hold PGA, Riders, and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, sweepstakes, fulfillment, marketing agencies, public relation firms, consultants or contractors harmless from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, acceptance, enjoyment, use or misuse of any prize, or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from taking delivery of a prize or any prize-related activity. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prizes awarded, or the determination of the winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, exemplary, expectation, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. GENERAL INFORMATION: The state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any controversies regarding this Sweepstakes that may arise, and the laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern this Sweepstakes. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any and all lawsuits or other disputes that arise relating to this Sweepstakes must be filed within one (1) year from the date that the winners are drawn. The failure of PGA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Official Rules is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain fully in force.
