ENTRY: This contest ("Contest") is open to residents of the continental U. S., age 21 or older. To enter electronically, access our Web site at www.AmericanProfile.com and follow instructions, or hand print your name, address and phone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and send to: The Nativity Story Sweepstakes, American Profile, 341 Cool Springs Blvd., Franklin, TN 37067. Entries submitted via facsimile are prohibited. The Contest begins at 8:00 A.M. CDT on April 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on April 22, 2007. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. on April 22, 2007, and mailed in entries must be postmarked by 11:59 on April 22, 2007. One entry per household or e-mail address. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Publishing Group of America, Inc. ("PGA") is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest.

PRIZES: Ten (10) entries will be selected at random to receive a "The Nativity Story" DVD with an estimated retail value of $28.98 each. All taxes, incidentals, and other expenses associated with the prizes and not specified herein are the winners’ sole responsibility. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the prizes are unavailable.

CONDITIONS: Where permitted, acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. By accepting prize, winner and traveling companion agree to release PGA, its sponsors, directors, employees, officers, and agents, including, without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities. PGA reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted.

PRIZE AWARDING: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by PGA Drawing conducted on or about May 1, 2007 by a representative of PGA, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, assuming sufficient number of entries. Winners will be notified by mail. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, and there is ample time to select and clear an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all non-winning entries. Employees of PGA and affiliated companies and members of those employees' immediate families or household are not eligible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules, and the decisions of PGA, which shall be binding and final in all respects. IN NO EVENT WILL PGA OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, FULFILLMENT, MARKETING AGENCIES, PUBLIC RELATION FIRMS, CONSULTANTS OR CONTRACTORS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The State and Federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee shall have sole jurisdiction of any of the controversies regarding this Contest that may arise and the laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern this Contest. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any and all lawsuits or other disputes that arise relating to this Contest must be filed within one (1) year from the date that the winners are drawn.
