I really enjoyed watching Will Estes on American Dreams. Now he plays a cop on the TV series Blue Bloods. Did he have to train for the role?

Estes, 32, also portrays a policeman in the film Magic Valley, which will debut soon on the film festival circuit. For his role as one of New York's finest in Blue Bloods, he says, "It was about soaking up the culture and mentality of the NYPD. We have a wonderful technical adviser on the show who was on the job 24 years and was a detective first grade. I go to him for everything."
