Helper of the elderly

The amazing kid I am celebrating is in his early twenties and lives upstairs from me in an apartment house with four apartments. Our house is one of three owned by the same landlord and in the same area. We all share the same parking lot. There are four of us who are over the age of 55 and have various physical problems. When we have had a snow storm all tenants need to go out to shovel out our cars and move them out to the street so the plow can come to clear the parking lot. Mark, the young man I am talking about knocked on my door to ask to borrow my snow remover and I said yes. I told him I would be out as soon as I showered to move my car. He asked me if I would like to have him start up my car since he had my keys to get the snow remover. I said sure. When all was said and done he not only cleared my car and moved it out to the road but did three other tenants, two who were older. We both helped to clear snow from other tenants cars and I watched his step son while he moved the cars. He also returned the cars of the two oldest tenants. They are both in their eighties and find it difficult to walk in the deep snow. He often helps to clear snow from other tenants cars and helps to move the cars of those who are ill or aren't up to coming out or need to get dressed before they come out to move their cars. I want to do something for him to thank him but I just haven't thought what would be appropriate. Thanks for giving me the chance to tell the world about him.
