Locked keys in car

It was right before Christmas this year and I was on a mission running errands--too much to do in one day!  I stopped in at my favorite florist, Gainan's in Billings, bought a few gifts and returned to my car--only to realize that in my haste I had locked my keys in my car--as well as my cell phone.  Frazzled, I returned to Gainan's and asked to use their phone to call a friend to help me.  Jim Gainan was at the front desk and overheard my plight and offered me his car to go home and retrieve my spare set of keys.  I was touched and deeply moved by his genorosity.  Fortunately, I did reach my friend who came to rescue me but I will always remember Jim Gainan's act of kindness and how he automatically reached out to me in a time of distress.  He exemplies what kindness is all about and is representative of what makes Billings, Montana such a great place to live.  Thank you Jim!
