Ive watched Dark Angel several times, and each time Im sure Ill be able to place the actor who plays Eyes Only (Logan Cale), but I draw a blank. Who is he, and where have I seen him before?Thurman H., Nevada
He is 33-year-old Michael Weatherly, and his television roles are numerous. Born in New York City and raised in Fairfield, Conn., Weatherly left college to pursue a career in acting. He landed his first job as Theo Huxtables roommate on The Cosby Show, which led to numerous television guest spots. He also was on the soap operas Loving and The City. Dark Angel isnt Weatherlys first series on FOX. He was a regular on the short-lived Significant Others. Film credits include The Specials and Venus and Mars. Weatherly has one son, August, born in 1996, and hes engaged to Dark Angel star Jessica Alba. He lives in Los Angeles.

Cash, 69, was hospitalized for pneumonia last February in Nashville, Tenn. He was released in time to get home and watch the Grammys, in which he won the male country vocal performance award, the 10th Grammy of his career. The country music legend splits his time between Nashville and Jamaica with wife June Carter Cash. He has autonomic neuropathy, a disease of the nervous system that makes him susceptible to pneumonia, for which he has been hospitalized three times in the last three years.
My husband and I just saw Along Came a Spider, which co-starred Monica Potter. Please tell me about her. Her mannerisms, voice, and eyes remind us of Julia Roberts. Are they related?

The two arent related. Potter, 30, was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, which she still calls home. Her acting career started at age 12 when she began modeling and doing commercials. Her first television break came in 1994 on the soap opera The Young and the Restless. Potter, who has two young sons, has starred in such movies as Con Air and Patch Adams. Shes currently shooting a new film, Im With Lucy, in Miami and New York.

S. Epatha Merkerson, 48, was born and raised in Detroit and received her bachelor of fine arts degree at Wayne State University. She moved to New York to pursue acting in 1978 and has starred in numerous stage productions, including The Piano Lesson, which earned her a Tony Award nomination. Her debut television role was as Reba the Mail Lady on Pee Wees Playhouse. Merkerson first appeared on Law & Order in 1990 as Denise Winters, a grief-stricken mother. She was offered the permanent role of Lt. Anita Van Buren in 1993. Recent films include the indie film The Rising Place and the Harrison Ford movie Random Hearts. She and husband Toussaint L. Jones divide their time between New York City and Maryland.
