We had had a huge snowstorn through our area and the snow was knee-deep in my driveway and lawn.  I have two adopted handicapped boys, one with cerebral palsy and one with spina bifida, and we had been planning to take a trip to town after the storm stopped.  I was looking out the window and wondering how to cope with this situation.  It would take me hours to do all that shoveling so we could get out to our van.  In a few minutes, I heard sounds outside and looked out the window again.  To my great astonishment, I saw two neighbor boys whom I did not know well.  One was using a small loader to scoop the snow away around the van while the other was hand shoveling a path all the way up the slope to my front door!  I got all choked up and opened the window and said a hearty "Thank you" to them.  They were very matter-of-fact about it, just as though it was their job, and they enjoyed helping others.    Mary Eicher, OH
